An event that involves all the young members of a group, and ONLY them. They'll discuss about leadership, patrol system and how they want their group to be. And then the rovers (the oldest ones) will show their wishes for the group adult leaders. It's possible to creat events for discuss other important themes as carreers, sexuality, prejudice, drugs, etc.

Why there's no leaders? Because it's supposed to be a young for young talk, where they'll feel free to go ahead and say what they want to say. And with this truely information, adult's will be able to work better with them. Of course, the programation will be shown for the adults before.
