Find your scouting route and change the world! The Leaders' Jamboree (Zlot Kadry) is the biggest training meeting for scout leaders in Poland. This year the leaders will participate in the fourth edition of this meeting. The event will take place in a small town in the centre of Poland, Gorzewo, and will last for 5 days (26th -30th of August). During the jamboree every participant will choose their own route. The organisers prepared eight different routes for scout leaders that perform various tasks in our scouting organisation. The dark blue route The route is aimed at all leaders and their assistants that are at least 16 years old. Each participant will have the opportunity to develop their leader's skills. The red rout All participants that chose this route will find out what supporting leaders in creating programme for their troops look like. The aim of this workshop is to broaden participants' knowledge and show them plenty of innovative ideas for creating interesting and engaging programme. The yellow route The route is designed for leaders that are in charge of finances in their scout and guides districts. The seminar includes matters concerning financial analysis, planning a budget, strategic planning, financial policy, asset management and fund raising. The black route Leaders of the troops that specialise in horse riding, hiking, diving, giving first aid, parachuting or putting the fire out definitely chose this route. They will participate in a special few hours' game that will require from them having knowledge of each of aforementioned speciality. The orange route Leaders that are already engaged in international cooperation between scouts or want to start their international scouting adventure chose this route. During the workshop participants will find ourt how the scout movement is organised in different countries, what rules are applicable there, where to find ideas for encouraging cooperation between scouts from different places in the world and how to implement these ideas according to present rules. After this workshop each participant who fulfils one extra will get a special certificate. The heather route The aim of this route is to prepare leaders to be assistant district commissioners that will be responsible for all scouts of the same age group, e.g. assistant district commissioners of cub scouts and brownies or assistant district commissioners of rangers and rovers. The green route The route is aimed at leaders who support other leaders, at district commissioners or leaders that prepare themselves for serving this function. The blue route This route is prepared for the leaders of the highest rank. They will discuss their vision of scouting in the future; they will focus their attention on comprehensive, wide-ranging and varied programme of The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association.
