Over the last 4 day a small delegation from the Luxembourg Guide and Scout Association met with the Association of Ethiopian Scouts in order to start a two Rover way exchange over 2016 and 2017. After some formal meetings and exchanges with local Venture and Rover Scouts the two associations want to launch a projet, which with the help of some 60 Rovers from both countries will kick start the creating a scout training centre in Bishoftu with the building of first structures.
