LASY FANOMANANA sy FANATERANA (Tily Analamanga Andrefana) Training camp in partnership with Human Rights Trainer to promote peace

For the 27th to 30th June, the district of Tily Analamanga Andrefana organize a 2nd training camp of the year: FANOMANANA sy FANATERANA (1st and 2nd degree training camp) that organize the districts for the chiefs/scoutmaster. n organization since several decades that many hasten to participate according to their "functions and responsibilities" and to validate their research and implementation within the movement, it is also an opportunity to inculcate to the chiefs and chieftains the values of Scouting "Mission and Vision"; ultimately develop their roles as educators or instructors or facilitators for years to come. But the specificity of this training is the introduction of the Human rights concept to help them promote peace and diversity in the local communities. Included in the camp schedule, there is a specialized training on Human Rights, in partnership with the Office of the High Commissioner for the Human Rights in Madagascar and the pool of trainer in Human Rights (RASOLOFOSON Toavina, Human Rights Trainer, Messengers Of peace, Staff coordinator of the team Tily Analamanga Andrefana specialized in Human Rights). This partnership is a part of the Peace Building Activity in Madagascar which promote the Human Rights with a teen movement such as Tily Analamanga Andrefana. 200 young people participated in this Training and around 400 persons sensitized in a 10 fokontany located in the periphery of Antananarivo (Mahitsy).
