The Official Logo of the Centennial Celebration The coat of arms for the Philippine Scouting Centennial bear three controlling elements: Fleur-de-lis (trefoil) The fleur is the general symbol of the Scout Movement, embodied in the World Scout Emblem. Each of the plum signify the three-fold duties of a Scout – duty to others, duty to God and country, and duty to self. Vinta The vinta depicts the origin of the Scouting Program in the country, Zamboanga City, the very place where the first Filipino Muslim troop was organized Color Symbols of the Sectional Programs of the BSP The sail afloat the vinta portray the five (5) sectional programs of the BSP – KID, KAB, Boy, Senior and Rover Scouting.
