BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES, NORTH EAST REGION REGIONAL LEVEL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CUM LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME AT STATE TRAINING CENTRE, MALIGOAN, N.F.RAILWAY STATE. FROM 07TH MARCH TO 11TH MARCH, 2016.

The Regional Level Youth Development cum Leadership Programme for Sr.Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers was organized by the Regional Headquarter, N.E. Region at State Training Centre, Maligoan, N.F.Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides, from 07th March to 11th March, 2016 in which 134 Participants including Staff participated from Assam, Maizoram, N.F.Railway, Nagaland & Tripura State.
On the 07th February 2016, The Camp was started with the Registration and Settle down, at 10.00 am Flag, Integration Session, and Objectives of the Event, at 3.00pm all the participants went for peace march (Swachhata Yovao ki Pehechan) and at 04.00 pm we started opening ceremony, Sri John Tochimong, State Secretary BS&G, Nagaland, Sh Khagesh Das, SOC (S), N.F.Railway and Officers of N.F.Railway were present the occocaision.
Sri Khagesh Das, SOC (S), of the Bharat Scouts & Guides, N.F.Railway State welcome to all the Member and Sri Ashok Kumar Mohapatra, Assist Director, NER made the introductory speech and explaining the importance of the Programme.
The inaugural ceremony was a colorful opening of the Meet with high standard. Cultural programme were presented by the participants contingents and Scouts & Guides , and lastly Sri John Tochimong, State Secretary BS&G, Nagaland in his Speech he was appreciate to The Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters to provide them such type of programme.
On 08th February 2016 we celebrate International Women’s Day, First half all the participants went for Outing and they visited N.E.Regional Headquarters, Azara, N.F.Railway and Swach Bharat Abhiyan at Azara.During this all participants enjoyed and we gave thanks to N.F.Railway Officials.An afternoon we are celebrate grandly The International Women’s Day Ms Sunita, STC (G) was the Chief Guest and all the Guide wing and also include Scout wing we celebrate the same in Campfire.
During the Meet, we have take sessions i.e., Youth As an Asset of Nation, Blood Donation , New emplimantion of Badges, and MOP we are created 75 no and create id www.scout.org (we showed them songs , Playing Games and we also gave guidance how to create /upload projects and News. we are congratulate Mr Prasanjeet Ghose, Rover Leader of Assam State for his eferts.we also taking sessions Freebeing me, stop voulance, Youth Forum, Debaits and Group Discussion etc. were conducted, Integration Games also enjoyed by participants.
The Valedictory Function was organized in the afternoon at Panisagar Town Hall, on 10th February, 2016 at 07.00 P.m. where Dr. H.C.Das, Dy,National Commissioner (S) , BS&G, India and State Chief Commissioner of Assam State Chief Guest, Sri Khagesh Das, SOC(S), N.F.Railway,Bharat Scouts and Guides were invited and graced the valedictory function as the Chief Guest of the function. Others Invitees and Dignitaries were also present in the function. The Participants sown their Cultural Prgramme and all the invites are enjoyed a lot. Chief Guest speech he was very much exited to see this programme and he was appreciate the organizer to conduct the Camp
The Camp to an end on 11th March, 2016 with All Faith Prayer Meeting, (Cleaning of Camp area), Group Discussion on Scouting and Guiding in North East, Open Session, Evaluation, Final Talk & Lowering of the BSG Flag and Singing the National Anthem. All the participants were very much happy and enjoyed with the entire programmed and activities and the behaviors of the Staff members.
The Meet was conducted under the leadership of Sri Ashok Kumar Mohapatra, Assistant Director, of North East Region, Guwahati, BS&G India and able assisted by Staff Member of N.E.Regional State.i.e Nagaland, Assam, N.F.Railway and Tripura.
