Goal
The ITT aims at enabling experienced trainers to master the abilities of a training organiser, from designing to operating training systems, in the context of their respective scout association’s orientation and actual issues, having/keeping as an ultimate goal the training and development of adults in Scouting.

Outcomes
After attending the course participants will be able to:
Develop the concept, principles and process of training ;
Develop a training system using the principles and methods of modern training :
Explore and experiment the World Adults in Scouting Policy and the Global Support System approach.

Target audience
Commissioners, Leaders and professional staff responsible for developing and implementing training strategies (e.g. Adult resources Commissioners, Youth Programme and Training Commissioners, other national Commissioners). Multiple registrations per country are welcomed.

Requirements
Participants will have already achieved Assistant Leader Trainer level in their association (or equivalent) and have five years of experience
They are familiar with the principles of training systems and training techniques
Ability to work and speak in good quality French or English

Attendance on this training is accepted upon endorsement of your National Adult Resources Commissioner or National Training Commissioner and International Commissioner of your National Scout Association.
Training certification, stating training outcomes and individual performance, will be issued by SGDF and WOSM. Training recognition is the responsibility of the sponsoring National Scout Associations.
