Even though it is little it helps a lot

On December 22 the Juan Pablo II de San Fernando-BS As Rover Community finished a service to Hogar San Justo where girls between 5 to 17 years of age live.  This project consisted in the recollection of personal hygiene items (soap, perfumes, femenine toiletries, deodorants, etc.).  The nuns in charge of the institution commented that these items were what they needed the most because they usually receive clothing donations, toys and food.  We advertised the project with posters in our town and from mouth to mouth which resulted in a success because a few days later we had a lot of donations to bring to the Hogar. When we had everything in boxes and were able to donate it we went to the Hogar and after a few heartfelt words we finished our project.

Reflecting with our community we feel ver happy because we were able to help the girls from the Hogar with something useful for them.  Throughout the service event there was abundance of optimism and the firm desire we the Messengers of Peace put forth to realize our projects.
