Miss Ann Choi, the coordinator of the project and Assistant Leadership Training Institute Commissioner of Hong Kong said the success of the project was largely depends on the collaboration of the community partners and encouraged the participants seize every chance to serve our communities by linking up various local partners. Mr Kwan-hung Lau, Headquarters Commissioner of International Branch concurred and supplemented that there are unlimited needs in our neighborhood which means there are same unlimited service opportunities waiting for us, the Scout Messengers of Peace, to address to.
