Kenyatta University Panthera Rover Crew Rovermate I and II Training

The Rovermate I and II training took place at Rowallan National Scouts Centre, Kenya from 18th October to 20th October, with participants drawn from various Rover crews. Rovermate training is a development that endeavors to train Rovers as young leaders on administrative matters of the Rover Crews. The training is more of a leadership academy where Rover Scouts are trained to be Young leaders, ready to face tomorrow and are fully empowered with knowledge pertaining to young leaedership, crew formation, management and relationship. This training therefore aims at streamlining our Rover Crews in particular, because for a long period our crews have not been running they way they ought to run. Various facilitators took us through the training and the only part remaining is the implementation of the knowledge impacted. Bravooooo!!!!
