Expanding the idea of Peace

Over 80 Scout Leaders from the central zone of Penninsular Malaysia gathered for a weekend of fun, exploration, engagement and sharing of peace through the MoP Local Coordinators Training course. The course, that was held from 11-13 October 2019 at Teacher's Training Institute (International Language Branch) located in Kuala Lumpur, sees a good exchange of ideas for peace, SDGs, and peace initiatives that can be executed at local community level to spread the idea of peace. Some MoP related activities, such as MoP dance, peace drawing, "Oh Alele" song, etc. were also shared by the Malaysia's National MoP Coordinator, Mr. Amir Hamzah, and his team of dedicated MoP coordinators. All 80 participants were well equiped to bring back all the knowledged shared and spread the idea of peace to their local communities and help make this world a better place.
