The workshop was held within the framework of the Celebration of the 100 years of the Wood Badge, having as its main theme the Training based on Competencies, around this, important analyzes were made on the educational project and the design of a system for adult management that responds to the needs of the Youth Programme, the meaning in this context of the Wood Badge and the learning environments and methodologies that adults have when training is based on competencies.

Within an environment of friendship and camaraderie, the network was strengthened as a space to continue building the processes of the Adults Area as a whole and sharing the advances that NSOs have in the construction and implementation of the Management Model.
