The North Call. District Association (Bharat Scout's & Guides, W. B) arranged the "Day Hiking" programme for scouts and guides,  yesterday, 13th.january'19.128(one hundred twenty-eight scouts and guides participating the said programme made their attendance sharp at 7 am.from DASHAMAHAVIDYA MANDIR to Kishor Sakti Sangha scout den, makaltala ,Bally dt. Howrah. The total distance covered about 10km. Mr.Samar Kumar Mukharjee, District Chief Commissioner,North D . Association,waved and signalled the starting for the walk in Hike .  The main Moto of this hike is make partnerships to reach the goals so District Association formed 16 patrol Groups in nos with different troop members.Mr. Mukharjee took total chsrges of the programme over all. Hikers reached the destination spot in just 3(three) hrs.time.Within due time breakfast was given by the North D. A. and Flag-break was done duely. The patrol-leaders submitted letters, road traverse, bearing maps and final hike reports.D.A engaged the participants(both boys & girls) in some fun games and compositions. Lunch was also given in due time. After the lunch is over the participants gathered to exchanged memories among themselves. At 4pm. D.C.Commissioner lowered the flag. National Anthem was sung by all the members present , finally gathering  was dismissed.
