1st WEST AFRICA INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The west Africa zone got the opportunity to welcome the ILT From 7 to 11 february in Togo, for young people 18 to 26 old, in order to ensure youth participation and its inclusion in the decision making process and even the operational one. The aim is to Empower youth To achieve their goals, improve scouting at the NSOs level, and contribute actively to achieve the 2023 vision.
This opportunity is provided by the Africa Bureau Office, West Africa level, and notice the attendance of the Regional Director and his Outstanding Staff in Charge of leading Youth.

#From 9 countries for now and 31 participants.

Obviously we'll pursue to the zonal forum and conference from 11th.

Loaded, but scout and exciting is the leadership for creating a better world. From typology, to practical exercises on leadership, to Scouting organization, and practical project planning, leadership is at the heart of Scout values ​​and principles.it is a rich, diverse and global program to empower young leaders, and to ensure the decisional and operational inclusion of young people. The program still has other crucial outcome points for us tomorrow: making presentation, NTIC, promoting project etc.
