Scouts Provides Assistance to Devotees

Kalutra District Scouts were combined with Mobile First Aid Unit, Located on the Kalutara Bodhiya Premises on Full Moon Poyaday, (8th Monday 2014 ) to Provide their Assistance for Buddhist Devotees who coming to Kalutara Bodiya, the famous sacred shrine in Sri Lanka to worships and observances.

a Large number of Devotees gathered at the Kalutara Bodhiya on Binara Full Moon Poya Day to an Observe Sil, Listen to Sermons and to make various symbolic offerings to the Triple Gem. During this time Mobile First Aid Unit Provides their Aids to Devotees who are getting Sick, suffering with their illness, pains, Injures, and getting injured and faint in the massive crowd, Well Trained Team of Scouts from Pothuwila Navodya Vidyalaya, has been involved with this Social Service under the Leadership of Mr. G.P.M.A. Nuwan Jeewantha, The Scout Leader of Pothuwila Navodya Vidyalaya Scout Group, Kalutara District Branch Scout Association.
