LCHNS Scouts joined the 3rd Southern Luzon Invitational Jamboree held at the Philippine Scouting Center for the Asia-Pacific Region, Makiling National Scout Reservation (PSC-APR, MNSR), Mt. Makiling, Los Banos, Laguna on 23-28 January 2014. the Theme of the jamboree is : “Scouting: Advocate of Sustainable Environment”

The Jamborette aims to:
Empower the Scouts to struggle against Climate Change from its threatening massive destruction of planet earth.
Harness the Scouts’ incredible human potentials to formulate and implement effective strategies to support the global effort for sustainable environment.
Rally the Scouts to become effective agents of change to save Mother Earth.
Plan and implement a dynamic program of challenging and relevant activities to educate the young people.
