Secretary General in Swaziland for the Africa Scout Day 2014

Scott Teare, the Secretary General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), members of the Africa Scout Committee led by the Chairperson, Gilbert Mussumba and Frederic Kama-Kama, Regional Director World Scout Bureau Africa Regional Office and some staff met the Honourable Barnabas Sibusiso Dlamini, the Prime Minister of Swaziland at his office in Hospital Hill, Mbabane.

The Prime Minister was elated that Swaziland had been chosen as the host of this year’s Africa Scout Day. He promised his government’s support for all participants.
