A great meeting at the end of the triennium (2011-2014) ... The working session of the "Youth for Change Working Group", held last weekend in Istanbul (23-26 January 2014), was working on finalising the last pieces that will be presented soon to the World Scout Committee and World Scout Conference. This Group worked hard on the following: Proposal for a Youth Involvement Policy, the re-launch of the Scouts of the World, Training modules for National Scout Organisations on youth related fields, and some other materials and tools for the future ... We are so proud of this Working Group.
