This is the 36th Course for Assistant Leader Trainer ran by Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia. Participant came from a diverse age group that made this course an interesting one, for all in Adult Learning. Many senior adults shared their experience and younger leaders shared new Ideas. This is where a good combination and dynamic groups are formed and simulated in adult learning.

It was a great experience for many Leader Trainers, Facilitators including myself where team work with commitment pays. Very sure the Association is heading to fulfil its mission and vision.
