A Scout with a passion for Judo

MOZAMBIQUE - From the 9th - 10th November 2013 at the African Judo Open of Mauritius in Port-Louis, a Mozambican Scout, Sigauque Neuso, participated and won accolades for his exemplary performance.

He won a Silver Medal in the men’s 60kg category and managed to accumulate 144 points and will be vying to go for the 2016 Olympic games to be held in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, representing Mozambique.

The African Cup of Port-Louis in Mauritius, called AJOM (African Judo Open of Mauritius), is an individual judo official tournament for both females and males. The organisation is lead by the Mauritius Judo Federation, under the control of the African Judo Union and under the International Judo Federation validation.

The Liga dos Escuteiros de Moçambique wish him well and are proud of his achievements.
