Project - "SAMARTH" - Donating money, other articles and closing the project in connection with Celebrating International Peace Month Sept 2015

In continuation of Project "SAMARTH"- - - -

As mentioned before in different part of our project " SAMARTH", Rovers and Rangers unit had started this project on 21 Sept 2015 and from 21 Sept all unit including Group Leader,Rover Leader and Ranger Leader were doing very hard work to complete the targets set for this project. In the previous parts of the project everything went according to the dream/plan and finally the day came when we had to donate money and clothes etc. to orphan home named "Mothers Home" at Gjan, near Haripur (Manali), H.P. India 175136.

In the morning at 10 AM (Dated 28 Oct 2015) Rovers and Rangers unit with its Group Leader Dr. P.P.Kaistha, Rover Leader Jyoti Charan and Ranger Leader Kavita Katoch reached at "Mothers Home" with clothes and other articles collected by the unit and met with care taker (Mrs Sudarshana) of the orphan home. We had a meeting with care taker of the Mothers Home and given her assurance that Rovers and Ranger unit of the college will always be in touch with the Mothers home for every small or big help. When we dressed clothes in the front of the children's of the Mothers Home they all were smiling and looking very happy. In these 36 days we also felt that we are also member of this home. Really it was very emotional day for us. On the last day of closing we had 3 guests, Rovers from Solan, Mr Rohit Chaudhary, Mr Rohit Verma and Rohit Chandel with us. Kids were playing with us and wanted to know when we ll be back again. We gave cash Rs 10,098 to care taker Mrs Sudershana ji and clothes to the kids of the Mothers Home.

This project really gave real peace and happiness to our soul. I am thankful to my worthy Principal Dr. P.P. Kaistha who always encouraged me in my works and given equal participation in every time.
