WOSM Code of Conduct for Elections

The leadership of WOSM aspires to the highest ethical standards. In seeking to serve in the highest offices of the leadership of WOSM, we wish the candidates to be good examples of the values of the Scout Promise and Law. This Code of Conduct is intended to assist candidates and their supporters to proactively avoid any actions that might be contrary to the values of WOSM.

Circular Interamerican Spiritual Development Workshop

In the 2018-2021 Regional Plan - Common Vision, Individual Commitment, the following indicator is contemplated: “At least 10 National Scout Organizations (NSO) implement an updated Youth Programme model, in accordance with World and Regional Policies, which includes the topics of Spiritual Development and SDG”.

WOSM Membership Census

This is the membership census of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. In some countries, the National Scout Organization is larger than indicated in this census as girls and women are members of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS).

Messengers of Peace - Final Evaluation Report

This report is of the final evaluation conducted on the first ten-year phase of Messengers of Peace. The purpose of the evaluation was to learn more about the initiative’s impact and to collect lessons learned on enhancing World Scouting’s capacity for programme implementation and grant management.

SCENES Guidelines

Scout Centres of Excellence for Nature, Environment, and Sustainability (SCENES) are exceptional places. They are centres that have made a long-term commitment to protect the environment and promote environmental understanding. These guidelines aim to support Scout Centres and their NSOs/NSAs to establish and maintain SCENES. They offer guidance to Scout Centres, on how to become accredited as SCENES and partake in the SCENES network, how to maintain the accreditation by continuously implementing and monitoring practices and principles related to the accreditation.
