Scott Teare is the Ex Secretary General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Before joining the World Scout Bureau, Scott worked for the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) in many different roles. His last post was Director, International Division of the BSA before taking over as the Secretary General of WOSM in January 2013.
