Mental Health First Aid Training and Help

Mental health is still a taboo in Bangladesh. Most people suffering from mental issues don't open up in the primary stage until they get out of control. And also there is a huge shortage of professional mental health help person in Bangladesh. Thus mental health first aid is a training to make volunteer first aiders who can help people in early stage of their problem. Whether its their family person or friends or people in the community, if they can help in the primary stage further complications can be ignored.

It was a 2 day training regarding mental issues and how to give first aid for those issues.

After the Training we are going to different communities and run a survey. And evaluate who needs help then we will help them to get out of their mental issues or refer them to a professional. And also develop their self skills.
