The Bharat Scouts and Guides Bengaluru Rural District Association in Association with the The Bharat Scouts and Guides Karnataka State Association has Organised The Foundation Day of The Bharat Scouts and Guides India on 7th November 2019 at Dr. Annie Besant State training and Camping Centre, Doddaballapura , Bengaluru Rural District. Sri. Venkataramanaiah ,MLA, Doddaballapura Constituency , and Smt. Jayamma Lakshminarayana President ,Jilla Panchayat , Bengaluru Rural District were Released the Foundation day Flags of 2019. The District and Local Association Office Bearers , The Leaders, the Staff and the Scouts and Guides of the Rajyapuraskar Testing camp were present in the Ceremony.
