Crowd Control during Tshogbum in Threma Lhakhang

CST Rovers and Nangpaizuene has volunteered for crowd control during Wang session and some preparation work before wang(blessing) by Garab Rinpochoe in Phuntsholing. There were 80 of us including youth volunteers and police.
