The networks are a space for interconnection and construction of knowledge in which the National Scout Organizations (NSO) are the protagonists into achieve the objectives of the Regional Plan: Common Mission, Individual Commitment. During June 7-9, the members of the Andean Subregion were summoned to participate in the network meeting in Colombia.

The meeting had 30 participants from: Colombia, Venezuela, Peru and Ecuador. Additionally, participants from Panama joined the network meetings although they belong to the Central American Subregion.

The agenda included special solo network working time for: Youth, Youth Programme, Adults in Scouting and Institutional Development. There was no Communications network meeting due to the lack of participants. In addition, the agenda also included joint meetings between networks to achieve common goals.

The importance in working as a network to create common knowledge was discussed. We also thank the hospitality of the Scouts of Colombia; they make us feel like home.

Within the framework of the Network Meeting, an agreement was signed between the Scout Association of Colombia and the Scouts of Antioquia Corporation to begin the process of incorporation to the World Organization of the Scout Movement.
