Arrival process

Everyone attending the Jamboree will need to go to the Ruby Welcome Centre to be registered. This is an offsite building built specifically for the purpose of welcome and registration. The Welcome Centre is the only place you will be able to get your pass and registration materials. You will not be able to get on to the site without having been to the Welcome Centre first.

In order to get your Jamboree pass, you will need to have done three things
1.    Completed the registration process and consent questionnaires
2.    Completed the health questionnaire
3.    Completed the Safe from Harm online training course and get the certificate

You will also be asked to complete a public health survey on arrival. This will ask basic information about how you feel when you arrive and ask whether you are currently feverish, suffering from diarrhoea, or whether you are ill in any other way. This is to ensure that people who are ill do not go on to the site and make other people ill, and to allow the medical team to support you immediately. The questionnaire is very short and will take two minutes to complete.

When you register, you will receive a lanyard and name tag which states your name and country. You will need to wear this name tag at all times during the Jamboree. It is your pass and it lets the security staff and stewards know that you can access the site and are allowed in to all areas.
