This National Flower Exhibition was held at Samdrup Jongkhar, Tanderl Thang for 7 days from 21st feb to 27th Feb to celebrate the 39th Birth Anniversary of 5th Druk Gyalpo. On the first day His Majesty the Fourth King, 5th King and other member of royal family had attended the 5t RBFE.
For the programme 62 student from Samdrup Jongkhar MSS and 10 Chay Chay scout from Samdrup Jongkhar Primary and 10 leadership had volunteered and server the in crowd controlling.
