14 Senior and Rover Scouts volunteer as turning point markers, water station handlers, emergency medical response and radio communications as part of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines' service to the event in collaboration with the local amateur radio club- Alternative Channel Coordinating Emergency Support Services-5, Incorporated (ACCESS-5, Inc.) on 1 July 2018 around the Downtown Areas of Tacloban City, Leyte.
