Training to be a GSAT Facilitator to support NSOs in strengthening their capacity through GSAT! The GSAT Facilitator Training for the Interamerica Region brought together 15 participants (staff and volunteers) selected by WOSM for their competencies to undergo training to be GSAT Facilitators and attain an expert knowledge on WOSM's Quality Standard. The training was delivered in both Spanish and English. The GSAT Facilitator's key role is to support NSOs as they prepare for a GSAT Audit and to facilitate the discussion between the Auditor and the leadership of the NSO, to improve mutual understanding between the parties.
