Young CEO/Founder Aaron Leupp of PromoAffiliates an Influencer/Youtube Star Agency in Hollywood attributes a lot of success from the skills he learned while in Boy Scouts and his journey to Eagle Scout. He says during the camping trips he remembers them giving them group challenges and tasks they had to learn how to team up together and delegate who would help in what way to achieve the goals.
"I even remember during my Eagle project I had to learn how to plan, pitch, recruit, lead and execute my project at my elementary school on which are some of the same skills I use on with brands and my roster of youtube stars today with my company," says Aaron Leupp. Leupp's Eagle Scout project was to repair and repaint the railings on his elementary school campus Oak Hill in Antelope California.
He also sees a massive growth of interest in young boys interested in the new space of Youtube, Esports and Twitch streaming and would love to create merit badges around the new career path. "I remember I use to have to save up selling buying and selling candy and pokemon cards to save up to buy a video camera with no real way to put it online when I was in scouts, now scouts can shoot video on their phone and upload to the world to see instantly online. It is truly an exciting time to be alive!" says Aaron. He gets emails every day form young scouts wanting tips on how they can get started on their video or streaming careers like his current roster. "Consistency and quantity are key," he says. "The only way to learn and get better is to do then do again."
