Sitio Tala, Burgos, San Jose, Tarlac, Philippines - Approximately 76 Natives and Indigenous Families benefited from the 2017 Tala Outreach Project of the D' OUTREACHERS - the group of 17 Scout Leaders and Trainers from Central Luzon Region, BSP on its 6th Year Outreach Program under the banner of the Messengers of Peace (MoP) Initiatives. This event is on its 2nd Year for 2017. The 1st Tala Outreach Project was held in 2014. The project includes gift-giving of pre-loved clothes, toys, school supplies, laundry soap, slippers for the Children and their parents, hand-wash and the feeding program.

Sitio Tala is relatively 2 hours of 4X4 Off Road Travel thru down hill and up hill rough roads with huge boulders across river streams of Burgos, San Jose, Province of Tarlac and very far from center of the town proper.
