Hello, Scouts! I’m back and this is because I must say something great about my former boss. When your boss gets promoted to another position, within and without, sending a congratulation message is a must. This is one sign of having been a good and diplomatic subordinate. I was greatly honored to work with this exemplary person of impeccable leadership. Your professionalism and humility are the finest ingredients of how a great boss of your standing is supposed to be. You were very dynamic and somebody who knew what his targets are. You once confide in me that the longest you could stay there will be 10yrs and you have clearly lived to your target. Some are very stagnant and will probably never move in their current position and organization, but you have set a bar to another level. This makes me re-think about my current position. Though I left the Bureau, I still cherish the short period I had to work under you. I still value your several small “talks” to encourage & push me.
Guy, may your career dreams be fulfilled as you continue to step up on the ladder of success in a different setting. Congratulations, boss! I celebrate this day with you.
