About 1200 cub scout from various district in Perak joint the Perak State Cubs Scout Award Ceremony. The ceremony is to recognize the young leaders from elementary school. This is the high level of recognition for cubs scout in Malaysia. All the award receiver was very happy because they are the first group for this year.
