This camp was held in Wisma Pengakap Negeri Pulau Pinang from 7 November 2015 until 8 November 2015.

Total 15 numbers of participant who are the Junior Scouts from various district in Penang.

The camp purposely to evaluate each participant where to enable them to get awarded of Chief Commissioner Award
