Financial Management at the Group Level

Although, not a technical guide, this booklet offers a broad outline of the duties of a Group Treasurers who are managing the Group's financial resources. As a guide, it will enable the Group Treasurers to understand their role in a deeper sense and allows the group to function as a whole.

Vision 2013 (APR Plan 2009-2012)

This Plan is the final phase of the long-range plan that covers 12 years from 2001-2012. It focuses on the eight strategic priority areas for 2009-2012: young people, adults, NSOs, management, finance, scouting profile, membership and community.

Report on the knowledge, attitudes, and recommended actions towards Scouting of five target publics grouped into two – Scouts and Scouters and non-Scouts/Scouters together with parents – comprising a total of 6,258 respondents in the Asia-Pacific Region: Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Republic of China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.



The APR Plan 2007-2009 is the sixth of a series of action plans since regional strategic planning started in 1991. The Plan will serve as a benchmark for what the region needs to do in the next couple of years and the regional vision for the future.
