* I am Ex Assistant State Organising Commissioner (Cub) from Uttarakhand State. * I am the Group LEader and founder of INNOVATIVE SCOUT GROUP- which is the 1st Complete Group in the history of Secondary Education of Uttarakhand which consists Cubs - Scouts & -Rovers. * Basically I am serving as a Cub Master for last 15 years.
* I am a trained and qualified HAM (but still waiting for my licence). * I believe to bring a change through scouting.

* I am happy to share that I have many awards and I have got the prestigeous National Award by NCERT for Innovations in teaching, * also one of our SCOUT selected for the Prestigeous YOUNG LEADER for CHANGE Award in Environment, * Our group has been nominated for Best Work at District Level for Environmental Conservation and has been nominated for State Level TARU SRI Award, * I visited SINGAPORE by receiving BOLT AWARD as the Best Teacher from my state Uttarakhand, * I received GOLD MEDAL in District Level Teacher Science Project and Selected for State Exhibition.
* I want make my group and my efforts as one of the best Group of the WORLD by contriuting our dedicated services to man kind by many innovative efforts.
