1) Initial registration

The first stage, the initial registration, is as follows, and if you have not already completed this, please do so as soon as possible.

The initial registration requires only basic details such as next of kin and will take about ten minutes.

The initial registration will be as if you are a member of the Jamboree Planning team.
Early in the process, you will be asked who had invited you – please select “Stephen Peck” in the drop-down menu.

You will then be asked which team you are part of – please look for “WOSM” in the drop-down menu. Note that WOSM – Africa/Arab/Asia-Pacific Region/Eurasia/European/Interamerican Scout Regions are NOT for use (they are for the Solidarity Operation only).

In some of the text, there is a reference to the Jamboree fee. As you may know, all Jamboree volunteer staff are charged the fee. This NOT the case for the WOSM team and you will not receive an invoice for payment. We will all need to be sensitive to this fact when working with others at the Jamboree.

After registering, you will receive an automated email providing a registration number. Keep this number in a safe place as you will need it on several occasions.

The email will say that your NSO will need to approve your application. This is NOT the case for the WOSM team as your engagement has already been approved by your NSO.
