The Boy Scouts of Baguio City Council, Philippines Participated in the global event called earth hour. The scouts from all across Baguio City assembled at SM City Baguio mall to be apart of Earth Hour 2014. The scouts together with city officials and spectators witnessed the closing of all 100% of external lights and 50% of the internal lights of the said mall.
