Communicative English is an important skill for 21st Century. The iRover Crew (KLKM INTI IU) through KAWIE have taught a group of cub scouts whom are not in an English speaking community.

Through games, songs, and conversations, the Rovers aims to encourage the cubs to speak more English for their future progressions.
