The most important topic of the meeting was the upcoming working plan of the European Scout Region in the period 2016-2019. In groups, participants were asked to suggest what areas of activity and priorities most important to us as a region should be included in the three-year work plan of the European Scout Region.

We had a chance to get information about the Global support program. Our national Association was involved in a pilot project of the program. It is the GSAT analysis during which the external impartial auditor, through a series of questions, determined which are good and bad sides of our work in the Association, and what things should be fixed and improved.
Representatives of our Scout Association held a meeting with President of the Committee Andrea Demarmels where they introduced him the current situation in our organization. The discussion focused around the most current topic these days, the refugee crisis, how we got involved in helping and what we plan to do in the future. President Demarmels asked us how European region can help us in all our endeavors, except, of course, giving us financial support as they did before. He listened to all of our suggestions and promised to try to provide the maximum possible support in everything that we asked.
Scout Association of Macedonia proved to be an excellent host. Except the working part of the meeting, we also had the opportunity of sightseeing in Ohrid and its surroundings.
