To restructure the current administrative structures and management process within the units including holding regular and appropriate unit and patrol leaders council meetings to involve all levels of the unit structures in decision making.

the Gambia scout association through the Messengers of peace initiative trained 100 leaders (50 patrol leaders and 50 Unit leaders) focussing on addressing and bridging the gap between the realiities of running a scout unit (especially in the rural Gambia) and the accepted standard in terms of best practices.

In this publication, we reported that the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Foundation (APRSF) completed its 25 years of service since it was established in 1992. We have celebrated and unveiled our Silver Jubilee Year from October 2017 to October 2018. It is my privilege to thank ALL our well-wishers, contributors, and donors who have generously and unconditionally supported the APRSF for the past 25 years.
