The project “Scouting without barriers” focuses on the promotion of Scouting as a safe environment for the personal development of young people all over Europe. This showcases the interest of the European Region to become more inclusive at all its levels, encouraging young people to play a constructive role in the society while promoting tolerance and diversity.
The project originated from a clear focus on Diversity and Inclusion identified as a strategic priority in 2010 and during the previous Regional Scout Plan (2013-2016).
