Our adult volunteers are an invaluable part of Scouting. They help to realise large-scale events and camps that deliver the Youth Programme. This Euro.Scout.Doc was produced in order to raise awareness of the value of recognising and rewarding volunteers at this kind of event. By providing examples and experiences from events such as EuroJam 2005 and Roverway 2006, it shows those organising events how to best support and reward leaders and other volunteers.
