The Scouts of the World Technical Commission is set up with the aim of ensuring the development of the Scouts of the World Programme. It is composed of young people and experts from the various regions. This Technical Commission and the Regional Offices of the World Organization of the Scout Movement are able to help you in the implementation of this Programme within the educational offer for young people in your country.
