The "Patch Scout" project originally born from the initiative of all Scout "Leave the world a better place which is found". This project engages directly with the ideology of Dr. Hunter Doherty "Patch" Adams, best known as Dr. laughter therapy. Since through its film adaptation; directed by Tom Shadyac and starring Robin Williams in 1998, shows us how to help someone can give us a purpose in life. Our aim primarily and through the project is to bring laughter, joy and fun, we will promote the Eighth Scout Law "The Scout smiles and sings to the difficulties", spreading laughter, chants, puppet shows and jokes lacking places thereof, ( Nursing Homes, Hospitals for Children, Youth Hostels) and many more where we need to raise a smile since patch shows us live our life with joy even in the worst difficulties, we can alleviate suffering giving us a better quality of life. We expect this project to encourage the rest of Around the World to join our cause, to comply with the Scout Law and Leave the World Best Conditions Found; well being MESSENGERS OF PEACE AND MESSENGERS OF LAUGHTER, as the laughter gives us a better quality of life, fulfilling our initiative.
