7th World Scout Youth Forum

The 7th World Scout Youth Forum was held at Michaelhouse, Balgowan, South Africa, from 19-22 July 1999.

It was the second Forum linked to the World Scout Conference, so implementing for the second time a decision taken by the Conference itself in order to strengthen youth involvement in the decision-making process of our organization.

113 young people, comprising 78 delegates and 35 observers from 53 countries, participated in this event.
