Scouts and Eramus Students Partner-up

2007 is not only the centenary of Scouting but also marks 20 years of the EU sponsored Erasmus Programme, so WOSM, WAGGGS and the Erasmus Student Network have formed a partnership.

The aim is: to enable as many exchange students as possible to either start or to continue volunteering for Scouting and Guiding throughout Europe; for Guiding and Scouting to engage with a new audience and so recruit volunteers; to provide an opportunity for Guides and Scouts who go on Erasmus to continue their participation; and to increase the number of young leaders.
