When asked what kind of birthday present was appropriate, His Majesty made two wishes: to enable more young people to improve their world through Scouting, and to spread the word of Scouting wider.

In response, the Board of the World Scout Foundation is making a unique invitation. For each contribution of €104 (approximately $122) to the Royal Birthday Appeal, you will receive a gift - a “Royal Anniversary Present” - for you to keep for yourself or to share with others.

The present is a unique damask tablecloth, designed for this occasion under the supervision of Her Majesty the Queen. For the first time ever, His Majesty has allowed the use of his personal monogram, together with the World Scout emblem, to form the beautiful pattern. A meal served at a table adorned with this elegant covering will bring friends together in a way which His Majesty hopes will encourage people the world over to discuss His message of the importance of empowering young people worldwide to change their world for the better.

Such a distinguished, exclusive gift is ideal for giving to family, friends, and colleagues on special occasions. Not many other gifts can help to make a better world!

- For each contribution of €104 (approximately $122), €54 is invested in the Royal Birthday Appeal of the World Scout Foundation.
- The tablecloth is white, 100 percent combed cotton, rectangular 160cm x 220cm (63in x 86.6in).
- It is attractively presented in a box 20.5cm x 37cm (8in x 14.5in).
- The tablecloth is not available through any other source.
